Ghoomte kam bhatkte jyada hai hum!
After Chhatrapur Mandir, now we were ready for our next destination which was Jain Mandir nearby Qutub Minar, Mehrauli. Will you believe, we covered the distance from Chhatrapur Mandir to Mehrauli by walking for more than 3.5 km. On our way, we found a yellow color temple, flower's nursery, Basant 2022 by Delhi Tourism (there was ticket to visit this place where we can see lots of flowers and the beauty of nature), a collection of different type of stones on the footpath, biggest collection of flowers. The area is full of trees everywhere from Chhatrapur to Mehrauli. Umesh and Khazan were talking about something. They were continuously rejecting the idea to visit Garden of Five Senses.
Finally, we reached at destination and it is known as 'Ahinsa Sthal", not 'Jain Mandir'. It is basically a Jain Temple nearby Qutub Minar dedicated to Lord Mahavira.
You can check the best timings and nearest metro station to visit this place.
There is greenery everywhere at this religious place. While going upwards through the stairs, you can witness the perfect beauty of Qutub Minar, Azim Khan's Fort, a statue and the airplanes in the sky.
There was a message of non-violence by Lord Mahavira through the sculpture, where you can see a lion and a cow at same place. At the same place, you can check the donation box.
If you love the locations at good height, then it is good one to visit. From the height of this temple, you can see the beauty of Azim Khan's Tomb. You will find the people like small creatures from this distance on the tomb. You can see the Qutub Minar also from this height.
At the top terrace, you will find this huge and magnificent statue of Lord Mahavira. I don't know how to praise this beauty, this form of art, pure classic form, and what not. There are two statues of lions and Goddesses on the left and right side of Lord Mahavira.
It was a beautiful experience to witness this beauty. After visiting this temple, we were roaming in the park as there is good greenery of this place. You can read out the ideology of Lord Mahavira on the boards.
