Lotus Temple

It was pre-decided that we will take a trip towards Lotus Temple during our last round at Nehru Palace Market. We didn't check the timings to enter the Lotus Temple last time, that is why we were late. Today our primary concern was Boho Bazaar at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium. Anyhow, we left home around 8:30 am on 9th April. It was a hotter day than our last visit at Surajkund Mela. We took Nangloi metro at 9:10 am. It was less crowd as compare to our last journey. We changed at Inderlok, and then we took Ballabh Garh side metro from Kashmere Gate. We got a view of the Lotus Temple from the metro and got an idea also for our direction. We deboarded at Kalkaji Metro station.

There was a huge crowd outside the Kalkaji Metro station. Khazan told me that the reason behind this crowd can be Ramnavmi. Khazan asked me to get some breakfast. There was a stall of Chholey Bhature, I denied. So we were now walking continuously, assuming the direction with confidence. While walking for almost 1 km, we asked someone about Lotus Temple. He guided us towards the right path. We were going towards wrong way, which was Nehru Place metro station. We ate Veg Biryani, because there was no Chicken Biryani here. Now we were sure about the correct location as we got a glimpse of the Lotus temple from the street.

There was Bhandara line also, but we left the idea of joining the line because of our vlog. While walking, we met an Indian from Malaysia who was carrying his trolley bag. He asked us about the way towards Lotus Temple, and surprisingly, we showed him the Lotus Temple. He laughed and asked us about our work. Khazan replied that we are full time YouTubers. We exchanged some ideas about the covid time in Delhi and Malaysia and how we started our YouTube journey.

We entered in the Lotus Temple around 11 am, and we were not allowed to carry any eatables. Khazan forgot to charge the battery of our new wireless mic. Anyhow, we had to shoot the video. While taking video, someone shouted, " Hello guys!, This is Sunny Leone." It was my second time at Lotus Temple, while it was the first time for Khazan. We asked that YouTuber to subscribe our channel. His channel was touring2gether, and to promote his social media, he had printed the name of the channels on his T-shirt. He said, " I travel with my family most of the time." While going towards the Lotus Temple premises, we met some crazy people from Palwal. They promoted their Lassi through our channel. We had to carry our shoes in a bag and we were not allowed to use the camera inside the Lotus Temple. Before entering the Lotus Temple, we were welcomed by a lady who gave a speech about this temple that everyone is welcomed into this temple, no matter from which caste or religion he/she belongs to. We clicked some photos and videos as we had to go to Boho Bazaar for our next vlog.

You can check our our photos and videos to enjoy our complete journey.
